Setup and dismantling times

In exceptional cases and in consultation with the trade fair management, set-up can be started earlier. On Tuesday, September 3th, booth set-up must be started no later than 6:00 PM.

Security Service

For the duration of the event the fair management hires a closing security service for closing the halls and gates from 06:00 PM on event days and performing security patrols on the premises up to 7:00 AM the next morning. The stand will not be guarded. The fair management is not liable for losses or damages of exhibits and booths of any kind. Private security guards are only permitted with prior approval of the organizer. The closing and security service are commissioned by the fair management and are entitled to exercise domestic authority. The security service will be in operation from August 26th to September 8th, 2024.

Parking Spaces for Trucks/Trailers

During the duration of the fair, trucks, trailers, semitrailers, and containers are not allowed to be parked on the premises or in the exhibitor parking lots. Illegally parked vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense. If needed, the trade fair management will designate appropriate parking areas.

Stand Acceptance Inspections

by the relevant authorities will take place on Wednesday, September 4th, starting at 8:00 AM.

Overnight Stays

Overnight stays on the fairgrounds are generally not possible. If needed, please contact the trade fair management.

Goods Deliveries

During the fair, vehicles belonging to exhibitors and suppliers can only enter the premises for immediate loading or unloading between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM. The entire fairground must be cleared of vehicles by 8:45 AM at the latest.

After the daily closing of the fair, vehicles are allowed to access the premises for loading or unloading purposes only with special permission from the trade fair management, and strictly between 5:30 PM and no later then 6:00 PM for security reasons.

Exhibition Stands

Exhibition stands in the halls must be left in a swept condition. In the outdoor exhibition area, exhibition stands must be returned as found (cleaned and leveled) before leaving the fairgrounds. In the event of non-compliance, the work will be carried out at the exhibitor's expense upon the trade fair management's request.

Motorhome Parking
